スタッフの方々の気配りの聲掛けが素晴らしかったです。 また、アフタヌーンティーの時間は屋上で開放感があり、とても心地よい空間でした。 立地も中心部でまた泊まりたいと思います。 排水の匂いだけ気になりましたが、それ以外は良かったです◎

Beds a bit hard but otherwise Hotel was great. Good location able to walk to most places. Close to many places to eat and food street. Loved the rooftop bar and pool. Great place to relax after a long day.

ne of my favourite hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service provided by all the staff was outstanding—everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel itself is very conveniently located. It’s within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Whether you’re heading to Ben Thanh Market, the War Remnants Museum, or just strolling around the city center, everything is easily accessible without the need for a taxi or Grab. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning—it offered a good variety of both local and international options, all fresh and delicious. What stood out the most to me was the level of care and hospitality shown by the staff. It made a big difference and contributed to a truly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and look forward to staying here again in the future.

酒店有一個******酒店管理人員男的很差。歧視華人，這家歐美人太多，有bedbeg 臭蟲，大家小心一點。酒店設施老化。飲用水千萬別喝。喝了我們一直拉肚子。

期待していた食事の味とプールが微妙だった。 冷蔵庫內の水も、入っていたもののうち１つが飲みさしの物だった。そして無料だと思って飲んだらチェックアウト時にしっかり請求された。そのへんのサービスが分かりにくいので改善したほうが良いと思う。 寫真で見た部屋はバスタブがあったので期待していたが、シャワーしかなかったのも期待外れな部分だった。
